Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fruitgo, we take great pride in our “Farm to Door” freshness promise. Since we deal with fresh, perishable food items, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure food safety and quality standards.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 8882942428.
  • After Processing: Once an order has been sourced from the market and packed for delivery, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the fruits.
  • Refusal at Doorstep: If an order is refused at the time of delivery for any reason other than damaged goods, no refund will be issued.

2. Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your premium fruits. If you receive an item that is damaged, rotten, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Because fruits deteriorate quickly in different weather conditions, we cannot accept claims made after this window.
  • Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographs of the damaged fruit and the original packaging. Please send these via WhatsApp to +91 8882942428 or email fruitgo722@gmail.com.
  • Resolution: Based on our team’s assessment, we will either:
  1. Send a replacement of the specific item with your next delivery.
  2. Issue a refund for the value of the damaged item to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 24-48 hours.
  • The amount will reflect in your bank account/original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery after multiple attempts.
  • Minor natural variations in fruit color, size, or sweetness (as these are natural products).
