At Fruitgo, we are committed to delivering “Farm to Door” freshness. Our logistics are optimized to ensure that the premium fruits you order reach your doorstep in the best possible condition and in the shortest time possible.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently provide express fruit delivery services across the following regions:

• Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad (Delhi NCR).
• Note: If your location is outside these areas, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Shipping Timelines & Cut-off Times

To ensure you receive only the freshest stock sourced daily from the Azadpur Mandi, we follow a strict delivery schedule:

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM: Guaranteed Same-Day Delivery.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM: Delivery will be scheduled for the Next Day (within 24 hours).
• Delivery Hours: Our delivery partners operate between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, seven days a week.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee of ₹[Enter Amount, e.g., 50] applies to all orders below ₹[Enter Amount, e.g., 999].
• Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[Enter Amount, e.g., 999].
• Shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment via Razorpay.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is out for delivery:

1. You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/SMS with the delivery partner’s contact details.
2. Our delivery executive may call you when they are near your location to ensure a smooth hand-off.

5. Packaging & Handling

We use Hygienic Smart Packaging to protect delicate items like USA Cherries and Imported Plums. Our fruits are handpicked and inspected at our facility in Azadpur before being packed in temperature-controlled or breathable containers to maintain “Same-Day Freshness.”

6. Delivery Attempts & Re-routing

• Attempts: Our partners will make one delivery attempt. Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we cannot bring the products back to the warehouse and re-deliver the next day.
• Non-Availability: If you are not available to receive the order, please instruct the delivery partner to leave the package with a neighbor or security guard.
• Incorrect Address: Fruitgo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of checkout.

7. Delays

While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, heavy traffic, or state-mandated restrictions in Delhi NCR. In such cases, our team will keep you updated on the revised delivery time.
